"5 stars for customer service. I had a discrepancy with my lawn clean-up service so I called. I was told Pauley was one of their best employees, someone they would "send to do the President's yard", and Pauley would make it right. He did...and with an overwhelming pleasantness. Pauley came out that same evening, before going home for the day, and took care of the matter with NO grumbling, no complaints, and no disagreement! The day before, when I wasn't quite ready for Pauley to service my lawn (daycare toys everywhere), he VERY nicely said it was no problem at all and he could come back at MY convenience to do the job, not his, MINE! He didn't tell me anything about HIS schedule or having to fit it in at another time, he simply asked when would be best for ME and he showed up at EXACTLY that date & time. He was also VERY meticulous in the work he did...at little "OCD", lol, but so am I so I LOVED his attention to detail. I am very impressed with the response from the company but ESPECIALLY from their employee...someone who "owns" the business at heart. Thanks Fert-L-Lawn and THANKS PAULEY!"
